How do I order ? 

To place your order you can fill out the " Design your own piece" form on our website or fill out the contact form.

How long does it take to receive my furniture after I place my order ? 

Our lead time can range from 3 - 6 weeks sometimes it takes a little longer and sometimes a little less. It can change a little bit depending on how many orders we already have, as well as how many pieces you order. All lead times given are estimates. Our goal is to make sure you have a high quality product that you're going to love for years.

How do I clean/protect my furniture ?

​

We do not recommend using any harsh chemical cleaners on your furniture. To clean your furniture, we recommend using an all natural cleaner or a sponge with warm water then wiping it dry after. Do not place any items directly on the surface that are too hot, like a hot pot or pan. We also recommend using coasters to avoid ring marks.

Can I ask to have my order ready for next week ?

We do offer rush orders for a fee ($300 - $800) depending on your pieces and how soon you would need it by. We do our best but sometimes it is impossible to do so.

Do you ship your furniture ? 

Yes we do offer shipping in the US on most of our products. We use a 3rd party to ship it, and they also offer white glove service for an extra fee. Shipping fee varies on the size and weight.​

Do you deliver ?

Yes we do offer delivery with a white glove service and we setup of your furniture to the exact spot you'd like us to place it. 

 

Delivery to Miami - Tampa is generally $260 - $500. 

Delivery to other cities in Florida is generally $500-$1,000

Our deliveries are scheduled during the week only.

Can we pick it up ?

Yes you can come pick it up in our workshop in Lehigh Acres 33971. We will contact you once your order is ready to schedule a pickup date/time.

Can you hold or store my furniture if I am not ready to have it?

We are not able to store or hold your products since we don't have enough space for it. Once you place your order make sure that you will be able to receive your products once they are ready.

What payment options do you offer?

Here are the payment options:

Venmo (3% fee)
Credit card (5% fee)

We do not accept deposits.
